Fallout 4 is an open-world RPG set in a post-apocalyptic world where players explore, fight, and survive in a vast wasteland. The minimum video card requirement is an NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti or AMD Radeon HD 7870, both with 2 GB of dedicated video RAM, supporting Pixel Shader 5.0. For the recommended setup, an NVIDIA GTX 780 with 3 GB or AMD Radeon R9 290X with 4 GB of dedicated video RAM is ideal for better performance.

Bethesda’s Fallout 4, an iconic entry in a beloved franchise, is still selling copies and finding new players more than five years after its initial launch. If you are looking to pick up Fallout 4 on PC, make sure your computer can pass this simple system requirements test. Your computer should have at least a GeForce GTX 550 Ti or a Radeon HD 7870 for its GPU. Alongside it in the CPU slot, you want at least a Core i5-2300 or a Phenom II X4 945. The recommended requirements are a bit steeper - at GPU, you are looking at needing a GeForce GTX 780 or a Radeon R9 290X. Fallout 4 also requires 8 GB of system RAM and about 30 GB of free harddrive space.
